Signature Harmony Massage: After discussing your preferences and needs, a unique and deeply relaxing massage will be designed especially for you drawing from a blend of a wide range of massage modalities. 

Aromatherapy is the use of scented, essential oils for the purpose of healing and relaxation.  This is included in all services unless otherwise requested.

Heated, moist towels for face and neck help to relax clients and are included in every session.

Each massage is unique drawing from a blend of all modalities listed below.  Clients may also request that the following techniques be used for their entire massage:

Swedish Massage: Light and flowing strokes which stimulate the lymphatic system and increase blood flow, gently bring the client to a state of relaxation.    

Deep Tissue/Neuromuscular Massage: Applying pressure to specific trigger points in the body releases pain and increases range of motion. 

Shiatsu and Thai Massage: Soft to medium pressure to the 12 body meridians and assisted yoga postures and stretching allows the client to release deep tension held in the body.

Heated Stone Massage: Warm, soft stones are dipped into scented oils and used for massage, allowing the penetrating warmth to deeply relax sore muscles.     

Prices for all of the above massages:

60 minutes........$85

90 minutes........$115
